Permanent Jewelry FAQ's

A custom fit chain. without a clasp, welded together using a painless, quick, and easy process. Because the jewelry is welded on, it does not have a clasp. Therefore will "permanently" stay on until you decide to remove it. 

You can remove your Permanent Jewelry by using a common pair of household sissors or nail clippers at any time, but please note that this action cannot be undone! If possible, try to cut the chain at the original place of the weld.

You can cut the jewelry at the welding point with scissors or wire cutters. Or you can come in and we can remove it for you. We can save your chain & re-weld if when you're ready!

If your chain breaks or stretches in the first two weeks of your welding appointment. We will replace or re-weld the chain free of charge. You must have your chain. After this time period, there is a $25 re-welding fee. This fee includes if the bracelet was voluntarily cut off. The jewelry is durable, but not indestructible. 

Solid Gold is the most recommended metal to invest in to avoid discoloration and is the most shiny. However Gold filled jewerly to show discoloration. Our silver is .925 Sterling Silver which can temporarily tarnish in certain conditions over time. A silver cleaning wipe and other solutions can bring the shine back in minutes. 

Weeks. Months. Years. This is dependent soley on the type of Permanent Jewelry, Your lifestyle, job, and other factors. 

No, our jewelry is so dainty it won't trigger the alarm. 

A set of lashes can last anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. Depending on your aftercare and natural lash growth. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. 

The best tip is to stop touching them, the oils in your fingers can break down the adhesive. You are probably pulling some out when you touch them- best thing to do is clean them regularly and don't touch!

Eyelash Extensions will not damage your lashes if they are applied properly. Lashes should not be too heavy. 

Classic technique is one thicker extension per one natural lash. Volume means there are 3 to 5 fine lashes per one natural lash, which creates what we call a fan. Hybrid is a mix of classic extensions and volume fans. 

Yes, Lash Extensions are water resistant. I'd recommend washing your lashes after a day at the beach/pool.

Normal gym routines do not affect lash retention. However, if you're excessively sweating everyday, you may notice more fall out. 

It's important to come to your lash appointment with NO MAKEUP ON. No mascara, no eyeliner, no concealer, no foundation under the eyes. I cannot guarantee your retention when you come with makeup on. You can bring your cleanser and wash it off in the bathroom before we start. 

No if you see any flakes, crustys or dead skin then you are not washing regularly or properly. 

Classic & Hybrid full sets take about 2-2.5 hours. Volume & Mega take about 2.5-3.5 hours MAX.  

Yes! If an extension falls out with a natural lash attached then your lash is shedding properly. We lose 3 to 5 lashes a day per eye. If your extension are popping off left and right with no lash attached, the lashed were not applied properly or cared for properly. 

Yes! I retail lash cleanser, liquid liner, pencil glideliner, eyeshadow sticks, rechargeable lash fans, silk pillow cases and a variety of silk mask.
